The Monstrous floor tile breaker Nokia 3310 Is Relaunching
The phone that can take the position of a sledgehammer is finally back. Nokia is rumored to be relaunching its bestselling 3310 mobile phone as a second backup for smartphone users.
According to information leaked by technology website VentureBeat, the phone – initially launched in 2000, will launch at this year’s MWC conference later this month.
The iconic handset is reportedly set to be reborn later this month when HMD, the Finnish company that has the rights to the Nokia brand, unveils a new version of the device.
There’s no word yet on what the exact specs will be on the new Nokia 3310, or if it will sport any “smartphone” features, but we won’t have to wait for too long to find out what the renewed Nokia 3310 will be like.
Apart from the Nokia 3310, HMD (which is manufacturing the new Nokia phones now) will also reveal other new smartphones at MWC 2017 – the Nokia 3, 5 and 6, which are all expected to run on Android OS.
